Today Sophia reminded me that a quiet day at home is not what she wants. We had a lovely morning with my friend Carol coming over to visit. She brought us this amazing wooden growth chart. It will be a while before Sophia quite registers on it, but isn't it pretty? We took a walk together, but that did not satisfy my girl!
In the afternoon we had to go out and run an errand because I swear, she was bored. Sophia isn't quite tiring me out with getting up in the middle of the night, it's her need to go out a couple of times a day that gets me. A quiet day at home is more my speed. Today my friend Liz said that Sophia already had me trained. She's only 22 days old. This is not good.
This evening Paul fired up the grill for the first time this year and we had very yummy salmon for dinner. We love grilling season.
