Today, dad and Sophia are staying home alone all day while mom attends a library conference. This will be dad's first day home alone with Sophia (which he will repeat on Friday). So far, so good. This is also dad's first attempt to figure out this whole "blogging" thing he keeps hearing so much about.Anyway, we all got up early this morning to drive mom into downtown and drop her off at the conference center so she would not have to pay for parking. And, besides, it gave us all an excuse to take a morning drive. Sophia is now exhausted after this morning's adventure.
Sophia will probably wake soon, and no doubt she will be expecting the same excellent service that mom has been providing over the past two days. So, I'd best get a warm bottle ready and start planning the rest of the day's adventures.
